Beckie was born to Jess and Berdena Stevens on September 05, 1953, in Alamogordo, NM. Beckie found immense joy and fulfillment in helping members at Rocky Mountain Law Enforcement Federal Credit Union. She was dedicated to the credit union and helped many people. This is where she met her husband, Michael Gibson, with whom she shared 25 years of marriage. Beckie retired from the credit union after 42 years. Beckie was passionate about sharing her love of the Lord with others. She was a part of church-small-groups, committed to studying and spreading the Word. While participating, she further created relationships that blossomed into profound life-long friendships. Beckie was devoted to her family and loved spending time with them. She enjoyed travelling and making cherished memories with both family and friends.

Beckie is preceded in heaven by her father and mother, Jess, and Berdena Stevens. She is survived by her husband, Michael Gibson, his children, Michael Jr., Charmaine, and Johnathan, grandchildren, Max, Mia, and Isaiah. Beckie is further survived by her two brothers: Jimmy (Dawn) Stevens and Ben (Karrel) Stevens and their children, Jesse, Breanna, Heather, and Brian.

Please join us in celebrating the amazing person Beckie was. Services as follows. May 6th at 11:00 am at Calvary Chapel (9052 W. Ken Caryl Ave. Littleton, Co 80128); Burial at Fort Logan (4400 W. Kenyon Ave. Denver, Co 80236) then reception at VFW (2680 W. Hampden Ave. Englewood, Co 80110). In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to American Diabetes Association in Beckie’s name (www.diabetes.org).

Beckie Lynn Gibson, passed away April 20, 2024. After a long battle with multiple complicating medical conditions, she passed early Saturday morning in the care of St. Anthony's Hospital.

If you ever had the opportunity to meet Beckie, you were truly blessed. Her heart was as beautiful as her smile, and her laugh infectious, spreading joy to anyone around her. Beckie was kind and compassionate willing to do anything for anyone.
