Baby Nicholas Longsworth was born and called home on July 17, 2021.

He is survived by his loving mother Catherine L. Longsworth and father Jake Campbell.

Although Nicholas life was short lived he impacted everyone who knew him and even those who didn't.

He will be missed by all but never forgotten.

Cremation has been chosen by the family.

Care of arrangements have been entrusted to Stork-Bullock Mortuary of Lakewood.
