Rodney Bavender passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at AdventHealth Porter Hospital. He was born on the family farm in Marshalltown, Iowa, the second child of Ethel and Lee Bavender. Rodney grew up in various towns along the Front Range before eventually settling in Arvada. He graduated from Arvada High School, where he was active in many school activities.
